Política de Cancelación de Evento y Notas de Crédito

Todos los pagos realizados a USA Signature Events LLC son no reembolsables, independientemente del motivo de cancelación, aplazamiento o inasistencia.

En caso de cancelación por parte del cliente, los montos abonados podrán aplicarse únicamente como nota de crédito, conforme a las condiciones aquí establecidas.

Notas de Crédito:
• No constituyen reembolsos en efectivo.
• Son intransferibles y no canjeables por dinero.
• Aplicables solo a servicios futuros producidos por USA Signature Events LLC.
• Emitidas por el monto neto luego de cargos administrativos.
• Vigencia limitada según la nota de crédito.

Uso del Crédito:
• Requiere notificación previa por escrito.
• Sujeto a disponibilidad y viabilidad operativa.
• No garantiza mismas condiciones del evento original.

Comunicaciones:
Mensajes informales no modifican esta política.

Ley Aplicable:
Esta política se rige por las leyes del Estado de Florida.

Cláusula de Aceptación:
Al realizar un pago, el cliente reconoce y acepta la Política de Cancelación y Notas de Crédito publicada en nuestro sitio


CANCELLATION & CREDIT POLICY
USA Signature Events LLC

All event-related payments made to USA Signature Events LLC are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, postponement, or non-attendance.

In the event that an event is cancelled by the client, or cannot take place as originally scheduled for reasons not attributable to USA Signature Events LLC, any amounts paid may be applied solely as a credit, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Credit Notes:
• Credit Notes do not constitute cash refunds.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
• Credits may only be applied toward future services or events produced by USA Signature Events LLC.
• Credits are issued at the net amount after administrative or processing fees.
• Credits are valid only for the period specified on the Credit Note.

Use of Credit:
• Prior written notice is required.
• Subject to availability and operational feasibility.
• Does not guarantee identical pricing or scope.

Communications:
Informal communications do not modify these terms.

Governing Law:
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Acceptance Clause:
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the Cancellation & Credit Policy published on our website.
